They handled all my stuff with care even my older more beat up furniture. As a company, how was our customer service? Everything was perfect. I'm not the type of guy who likes to talk on the phone being able to set everything up online and via email was perfect. Would have marked perfect except it was very upsetting that the back sliding door of the old house was left standing WIDE open when they followed me out to the new house. It remained standing open, with the air conditioning running, for seven hours before we got back there to lock up. Michael was the lead driver and his partner were prompt, polite and never stopped for a minute! They were careful with loading and unloading, making sure everything was stored tightly before moving. I was blown away! After moving several times over the past 10 years using different moving companies around Dallas, your company has my highest rating - 5 stars!!! Thank you! Both moved very fast, took good care with each piece. As a company, how was our customer service? Very good. We had actually contracted weeks earlier with another company. Then the "sons" called literally the day before our move was to occur and they said they were unable to move us owing to weather earlier in the week. Thank God, this company doesn't use that faulty logic to run airlines! Anyway, we called Apple and they slotted us in for just two days later and it all went very well. Would you use our services again? Yes As a company, how was our customer service? Very good. We had actually contracted weeks earlier with another company. Then the "sons" called literally the day before our move was to occur and they said they were unable to move us owing to weather earlier in the week. Additional Comments: Thanks again for bailing us out of a very bad problem created by another well-known moving company. I'd never even consider the other firm again.

I am a very very happy customer and this is my 2nd time to use Apple. The movers were on time, prepared and everything was moved without a scratch. I want to give a special thanks to Deb for being so helpful and working with me when we had to keep moving the date due to our closing date changing. I was dealing with her through email but I could tell she had a smile on her face and never seemed annoyed and always very helpful and pleasant.

No Additional Comments: All of the 3 that moved us were very courteous, but I'd like to point out that the main guy was very courteous and respectful to the 2 other guys helping him. He treated them with respect and was courteous to them as well. : )

No Additional Comments: About as good as moving gets. The 3 man crew arrived 15 minutes early, and once they started, they did not stop. I had concerns about doing a move on an hourly basis instead of a flat rate, but those concerns were completely unfounded. The crew did an excellent job could not have possibly gone any faster, and didn't scratch a single item. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
